Inside the course
Reasoning, pearls and the hospital
The first two modules, nearly 35 hours between them, open with Annals of Internal Medicine sessions, the Doctor’s Dilemma finals, diagnostic error, medical myths and clinical pearls, then move to a long run of hospital medicine talks on telemetry, noninvasive ventilation, inpatient diabetes, opioid use disorder and fluid assessment.
Organ-system updates
Most subspecialty modules close with an “Update in…” review of the year’s literature. Topics range from HFpEF and peripheral arterial disease to bronchiectasis, anorectal disorders, STIs, PCOS, kidney transplant follow-up, sickle cell disease, immunotherapy toxicity, spondyloarthritis and common variable immunodeficiency.
Neurology, mental health and specific groups
Headache, seizures, dementia and Parkinson’s disease sit alongside adult ADHD, insomnia, vulvar disease, peripartum emergencies, hearing loss and driving safety in older people.
Practice, policy and career
The last four modules deal with primary care models, coding, drug shortages, value-based payment, ethics cases, gender-affirming care, cannabis, AI in medicine, physician well-being, support for international medical graduates and presentation skills.

Before you buy
How is so much content organised?
Sessions are grouped by subject rather than by meeting day, so a cardiology module gathers talks that were given at different times; plenaries and award lectures sit in the first module.
Is everything strictly clinical?
No. Several modules, adding up to roughly 30 hours, cover ethics, health policy, digital health, education and career development rather than diagnosis and treatment.
Why does it cost more than most courses here?
It is priced higher than the typical course in this catalogue, but it is also one of the largest, at almost 170 hours of recordings.
Is it limited to US practice?
Most speakers practise in the United States, so topics such as Medicare wellness visits, outpatient coding and US regulatory requirements reflect that system.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
