1 · Who we are

Clinicapedia is the trading name of ATLAS MA LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States (“Clinicapedia”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who visits clinicapedia.com or places an order (“you”). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them — if you don’t, please don’t use the site. Full company details are in section 23.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you order on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.

3 · The service

Clinicapedia sells digital medical resources — eBooks, video courses, board reviews and related files (“products”). Everything is delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing a digital product.

4 · Your account

• Keep your login details private — you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts used to redistribute files will be closed.
• Use a working email address — it’s how your downloads and receipts reach you.

5 · Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we issue your download access. We may decline or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error or an unavailable product — and if we do, any amount you paid is refunded in full.

6 · Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown before you pay.
• Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Each product is sold as a single licence (quantity of one).
• We may correct obvious pricing or description errors at any time before or after an order.

7 · Delivery & access

Download access is issued automatically once payment completes — on the order confirmation page, by email, and in your account, where your purchases remain available to re-download. If a link fails, contact support@clinicapedia.com and we will re-issue it. You’re responsible for having a device and software able to open the file format stated on the product page.

8 · Your licence

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own study and professional practice, on your own devices. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying work — copyright remains with its authors and publishers.

9 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, share, upload, publicly post or otherwise redistribute any file;
• remove copyright notices or attempt to circumvent any access controls;
• scrape the catalogue, automate bulk downloads or probe the site’s security;
• use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes anyone’s rights.

10 · Copyright & complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you are a rights holder, or authorised to act for one, and believe material on clinicapedia.com infringes your rights, email support@clinicapedia.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:

1. identification of the work you say is infringed;
2. the URL(s) of the material on our site;
3. your name, address, telephone number and email;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We review every valid notice promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate. Notices may also be sent by post to the address in section 23.

11 · Medical disclaimer

Our products are educational and reference material for healthcare professionals and students. They are not medical advice and do not replace clinical judgement, current guidelines or local protocols. Always verify drug doses, indications and procedures against current authoritative sources before applying them to patient care.

12 · Refunds & right of withdrawal

Refunds are governed by our refund policy: broken, incomplete, wrong or misdescribed products are replaced or refunded. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, by completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once download access is provided, you lose any statutory right to cancel for change of mind (including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU/UK consumers). This does not affect your rights when a product is faulty or not as described.

13 · Payment disputes

If there’s a problem with an order, please contact us first — most issues are fixed within a day. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend access to the products in that order while it’s resolved, and we will provide the payment provider with the order and delivery records.

14 · Third-party services

Payments, email delivery, hosting and analytics are provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

15 · Catalogue changes

We may add, update, re-price or withdraw products and change the site at any time. Withdrawing a product from sale does not remove it from the accounts of customers who have already bought it, except where we are legally required to do so.

16 · Warranty disclaimer

Apart from our commitment to deliver the product described on its page (and the remedies in our refund policy), the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

17 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ATLAS MA LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product, including unauthorised redistribution.

19 · Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for redistribution, fraud or abuse. You may close your account at any time by emailing support. Sections that by their nature should survive — licence limits, copyright, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — continue after termination.

20 · Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you mandatory protections, you keep those protections and may bring proceedings where the law allows.

21 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be flagged on the site and dated below.

22 · General

• Entire agreement — these terms, together with our privacy, refund and cookies policies, are the whole agreement between us.
• Severability — if any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver — not enforcing a right immediately doesn’t mean we’ve given it up.
• Assignment — you may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business transfer.
