Terms & conditions

The agreement between you and Clinicapedia when you use the site or buy an entry. Plain language throughout.

1 · The service

Clinicapedia sells digital medical resources — eBooks, courses, board reviews and related files (“entries”). Everything is delivered electronically; nothing ships. By ordering, you confirm you’re purchasing a digital product.

2 · Your account

  • Keep your login credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts used to mass-redistribute files will be closed.
  • Provide a working email — it’s how your downloads reach you.

3 · Licence, not ownership of the work

Buying an entry grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own study and practice. You may keep it forever and use it on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post or share the files. Copyright in the underlying works remains with their publishers and authors.

4 · Prices & payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency; payment is collected by secure third-party processors.
  • Each entry is sold individually (quantity of one) — digital files don’t need spares.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors; if we cancel an order for one, you’re refunded in full.

5 · Delivery

Download links are issued automatically when payment completes — on the order confirmation page, by email, and permanently in your account. If a link fails, support re-issues it.

6 · Refunds

Digital goods have a dedicated refund policy: broken, incomplete or misdescribed entries are replaced or refunded. “I finished the exam” is not a defect.

7 · Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to breach site security, scrape the catalogue, automate bulk downloads, or use the files in a way that infringes third-party rights. Clinical content is reference material — it doesn’t replace professional judgement or local protocols.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, our liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect losses, and nothing here limits rights the law says can’t be limited.

9 · Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version live at the time of your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s registered jurisdiction [SET ON LAUNCH].
