Five narrated mastopexy cases with Bradley Calobrace — primary, revision, mesh-supported and post-explant lifts
Advanced Initial & Revision Mastopexy follows Dr. Bradley Calobrace through five complete breast operations, about seven hours of footage in total. Each case opens with the consultation findings and skin markings, runs through the full procedure with his running commentary, and ends with a look at the result. The set spans a central pedicle reduction, a secondary lift with implant exchange, an autoaugmentation, a primary augmentation mastopexy and an explantation with total capsulectomy.

What you’ll be able to do
- Explain why a central pedicle was preferred over a superior one for a very long notch-to-nipple distance
- Plan a revision lift with implant exchange that adds upper pole projection without changing volume
- Describe how a lower pole island (Ribeiro-type) flap builds upper fullness without an implant
- Reason through augmentation mastopexy in a bottom-heavy breast, including lower pole reduction and absorbable PDO mesh
- Outline the steps of explantation with total capsulectomy, autoaugmentation and fat grafting
Inside the course
Reduction and revision
The first case is a 67-year-old with 40DD breasts, grade 3 ptosis and a 30 cm notch-to-nipple length, treated by central pedicle reduction with soft tissue support. The second is a secondary lift in a patient with saline implants, combining implant replacement, mesh-backed popcorn capsulorrhaphy and removal of axillary breast tissue on both sides.
Shape without implants
A 40-year-old moving from a D to a small C cup receives an autoaugmentation mastopexy. Markings are shown in detail: notch-to-nipple from 25 to 21 cm, nipple set from the inframammary crease and a 42 mm areola target.
Mesh-supported augmentation mastopexy
A 37-year-old after two pregnancies wants to go from a C to a D or DD cup. Dr. Calobrace pairs 500 cc moderate profile submuscular implants with a superior pedicle, vertical pattern and Durazorb mesh, and trims the heavy lower pole.
After the implants come out
The two-hour closing case removes saline implants with the whole capsule, then lifts and reshapes the breast from an upper pedicle using the patient’s own tissue and adds fat transfer where volume is short.

Before you buy
Is the first case really a mastopexy?
It is a breast reduction using a central pedicle lift pattern, so one of the five videos is a reduction rather than a pure lift.
Do I need this if I already own the first- and second-stage breast lift course by the same surgeon?
Probably not. The 2021 Calobrace breast lift title in this catalogue presents the same five cases with near-identical running times, so buy only one of them.
Is there a Spanish or Portuguese edition?
Separate Spanish and Portuguese listings of this course exist; this one is in English.
Will watching these operations prepare me to perform them?
No. The videos show one surgeon’s technique and choices; they are no substitute for supervised training in breast surgery.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
