AdventHealth Orlando Colorectal Congress Live 2025 — 70 recorded talks from the anal canal to survivorship
The AdventHealth Orlando Colorectal Congress Live 2025 brings the lecture hall of a surgeon-led meeting to your screen: 70 videos, 19 h 23 m in total, covering robotic and transanal technique, anorectal disease, colectomy disasters, IBD, diverticulitis, rectal and anal cancer, the ileoanal pouch and life after treatment. Short case-based talks, tumour board discussions and Q&A segments keep the pace brisk, and most videos run under half an hour.

What you’ll be able to do
- Plan TAMIS and single-port robotic transanal excision with more confidence
- Choose between flap, stem-cell and newer options for anal fistula
- Anticipate and rescue anastomotic leak, ureteral injury and bleeding during colectomy
- Time surgical referral in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and pick segmental or total resection
- Assess response after total neoadjuvant therapy and approach exenteration for advanced rectal cancer
- Organise surveillance, LARS care and survivorship after colorectal cancer
Inside the course
Technique and the anorectum
Minimally invasive tricompartmental repair, parastomal hernia, robotic exenteration and robotics in the emergency setting open the programme. A dense anorectal block follows: haemorrhoidectomy, abscess and fistula, endoanal advancement flaps, anal dysplasia screening and anorectal pathology in men who have sex with men.
When things go wrong
Faculty present their worst anastomotic leak, then work through ureteral complications, bleeding at colectomy and the enterocutaneous fistula that turns into a catastrophe, closing with open Q&A.
IBD, diverticulitis and the pouch at the AdventHealth Orlando Colorectal Congress
Five IBD case videos sit beside a surgeon’s primer on the disease, extraintestinal manifestations and referral timing. Diverticulitis gets four talks on prevention, antibiotics, chronic symptoms and the role of surgery, and a pouch block covers workup, construction and complications.
Cancer care from tumour board to follow-up
Locally advanced rectal cancer, anal squamous cell carcinoma and neuroendocrine tumours lead into seven tumour board cases. Later sessions address rising markers, oligometastatic recurrence, early-onset disease, hereditary syndromes, stoma care and urinary, sexual and bowel dysfunction after treatment.
