Volume 1: the core routine
Four full face-neck cases, just over six hours, show the anatomy and dissection habits that underpin the rest of the series. They are presented unedited rather than as highlight reels.
Volume 2: harder faces
Four patients with specific problems: a man with an oblique neck, microgenia and poor jaw definition, a woman with a hereditary oblique neck, a patient with heavy ageing lower lids, and one with recurrent advanced facial ageing.
Volume 3: combination surgery
Four patients aged 32 to 62 are split across ten recordings. They include a 57-year-old having extended face and deep neck lift with brow lift, lip lift and buccal fat reduction, a 61-year-old with full-face CO2 resurfacing, a 32-year-old with isolated deep neck lift and fat transfer, and a revision patient who also has upper blepharoplasty.

Before you buy
Is there a lecture on anatomy, or is it all operating footage?
The recordings are surgical cases; anatomy is explained as the dissection proceeds rather than in separate slide lectures.
Do the Volume 2 titles give patient ages?
No. The ages are missing from those four case titles, so you only know the sex and the main problem before you open each video.
Is there a version in another language, or a related Nayak product?
A Portuguese-titled edition of the same three volumes is sold separately, so don’t buy both. Dr. Nayak is also among the faculty of the deep plane cadaver course and the five-case deep plane series in this catalogue.
Will this series teach me to do a deep neck lift on my own?
No video can. It shows one surgeon’s approach and does not replace supervised training in neck anatomy and deep plane surgery.
