GastroenterologyMeeting recording2026
DDW 2026 — 403 recorded sessions from the first track-first Digestive Disease Week
Digestive Disease Week DDW 2026 reorganised the world’s biggest digestive-disease meeting around shared content tracks rather than separate society programmes, with AASLD, AGA, ASGE and SSAT building each track together for an audience of more than 13,000. This recording set contains 403 topics, and its centre of gravity is clear: artificial intelligence in endoscopy and pathology, treat-to-target IBD, EoE immunology, MASLD therapeutics and the next generation of endoscopic tools.

What you’ll be able to do
- Separate real benefit from hype in AI-assisted endoscopy, histology and IBD activity scoring
- Use intestinal ultrasound and early combination therapy to steer Crohn’s and colitis care
- Stage MASH with non-invasive tests and weigh resmetirom against GLP-1 receptor agonists
- Update your management of GI bleeding, pancreatobiliary disease and complex polyps
- Assess endobariatric procedures and ESG within a multidisciplinary obesity service
Inside the meeting
DDW 2026 and the AI question
Several tracks test artificial intelligence against clinical reality, from polyp detection and endoscopic practice to digital pathology and ultrasound-based IBD monitoring.
Luminal and immune-mediated disease
EoE sessions examine epithelial cytokines and targeted immunology, IBD sessions argue for earlier intervention and combination regimens, and a gut–brain track combines drug and psychological therapy.
Liver and pancreas
MASLD diagnosis and staging, hepatitis B and C care delivery, organ failure in acute pancreatitis, colorectal liver metastases and surgical strategy in pancreatic cancer are all represented.
Endoscopic and surgical innovation
Pancreatobiliary advances, EUS-guided gallbladder drainage with lumen-apposing stents, robotic scope control, suturing platforms and endoscopic versus surgical polyp resection close out the programme.
