What you’ll be able to do
- Preserve the ridge after extraction with d-PTFE membranes and allograft

- Stage augmentation of severely resorbed ridges with composite grafts and rhPDGF

Inside the course
From socket to moderate defect
Ridge preservation for implant and pontic sites and early placement with contour augmentation open the clinical part. The moderate-defect module then introduces a decision tree for timing — immediate, early or delayed — and for choosing graft and membrane in the esthetic zone.
Severe and vertical ridges
The longest module, over six hours, shows vertical and combined defects treated with titanium-reinforced and d-PTFE membranes, PDGF and autogenous–xenograft mixtures. Flap design, membrane handling and soft tissue grafting are demonstrated in live surgery with long-term follow-up.
Expert discussion and planning
Four office-hour sessions with Jovanovic, Ronda and Bartee answer case questions on membrane choice, timing and soft tissue handling, and a recorded planning session walks through case selection and sequencing.
Complications
Rocchietta on pitfalls, Simion on vertical and esthetic augmentation, Rossetti on lingual flap release and Jovanovic on subepithelial connective tissue harvest round off the programme.
