Lyftogt Perineural Injection Treatment: Foot and Lower Leg collection — watch PIT for heel, forefoot, ankle and calf pain
The Lyftogt Perineural Injection Treatment: Foot and Lower Leg collection gathers eight filmed patient treatments, most captured during Dr John Lyftogt’s Master Classes, running roughly 1 h 27 m in total. Each clip targets a familiar foot or calf complaint, from Morton’s neuroma and plantar fasciitis to a sprained ankle that stays sore, and shows the relevant nerves drawn on the skin before the injection points are chosen. The lower limb is where Lyftogt first developed the technique, which makes this a natural place to begin.

What you’ll be able to do
- Map the superficial nerves Lyftogt targets in Morton’s neuroma, including fibular, tibial, digital and deep tibial branches
- Follow his injection pattern for plantar fasciitis and instep pain
- See how persistent post-sprain ankle pain is approached with PIT
- Recognise the landmarks used for Achilles tendon and calf treatments
Inside the collection
Forefoot: Lyftogt Perineural Injection Treatment for Morton’s neuroma
Three separate recordings approach the neuroma differently, the longest (almost 20 minutes) working through fibular, tibial and digital branches in one session.
Heel and arch
Two clips cover plantar fasciitis, one of them extending into pain across the instep.
Ankle, Achilles and calf
The remaining three videos show treatment after an ankle sprain, for Achilles tendon pain and for calf pain, each with the nerve drawing and site marking done on camera.

Before you buy
How strong is the evidence for perineural injection treatment in foot pain?
PIT is a practitioner-developed technique supported mainly by small studies and clinical experience; these videos teach one clinician’s method rather than guideline-endorsed care.
Does the foot collection overlap with the other Lyftogt lower-leg videos?
Partly. Mastering the Lower Leg (MS-13225) revisits Morton’s neuroma and lower-limb nerve anatomy in longer form, while the Knee collection (MS-16367) handles the joint above.
Is the foot collection a beginner course?
No. These are demonstration cases intended to accompany the three-day introductory workshop, which is sold separately.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
