William Chen’s Asian double eyelid surgery — 68 videos on crease design, primary cases and revisions
Masterclass in Asian Double Eyelid Design and Crease Formation, Third Iteration packages the video library of Dr William P.D. Chen’s revised Asian blepharoplasty text with the book itself as a PDF. Six modules and 68 clips, about five hours of footage, cover 18 primary operations, 12 revisions, a stepwise breakdown of crease formation and short explanatory demonstrations. The third edition adds eight new chapters and upgraded colour illustrations.

- ~5 hof footage
- 30primary and revision cases
- 1PDF book
What you’ll be able to do
- Design a tapered or parallel upper eyelid crease to match the patient’s request
- Follow each step of crease formation, from marking and bevelled incision to skin–levator–skin fixation
- Manage preaponeurotic fat and restore the anterior and posterior lamellae
- Approach secondary surgery for asymmetric, high or unsatisfactory folds
- Recognise when ptosis correction belongs in the same operation
Inside the course
Primary operations (Module 1)
Eighteen cases in men and women aged 22 to 62 show Chen’s routine across different goals: a medially tapered crease, a parallel fold after years of eyelid tape, a defined upper sulcus, and one case combined with ptosis repair.
Revision surgery (Module 2)
Twelve secondary procedures, from a 19-year-old dissatisfied with an earlier result to patients in their sixties, including uneven creases corrected toward a mid-height fold.
Step-by-step breakdowns (Modules 3–5)
Short segments isolate every stage: marking, the orbicularis layer, cautery, opening the septum, debulking and repositioning fat, excising the skin–muscle flap and forming the crease. Two further sequences repeat the logic with an enhanced bevel and preaponeurotic dissection.
Concept clips (Module 6)
A demonstration of how a raised crease changes levator excursion, a paper model of excessively high fixation, microscope-guided removal of buried sutures and a strabismus pulley fixation case in a child.

Before you buy
Why do so many clips run only a few minutes?
Mostly short: about five hours spread over 68 clips. Module 4 is listed at only two minutes for 13 steps, so treat it as a quick-reference sequence rather than full footage.
Is the book included or only the videos?
A PDF of the book comes with the videos, so the narrated cases can be read alongside the chapters and illustrations.
Why is there a strabismus case in an eyelid course?
It is one of six short concept clips in Module 6 and illustrates pulley fixation; it is not a focus of the course.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
