Mastopexia inicial y de revisión avanzada is the Spanish-language edition of Bradley Calobrace’s five-case mastopexy series, so the narration you hear is in Spanish. Over roughly seven hours he takes each patient from consultation and skin marking through the full operation to postoperative review, covering primary and revision lifts, mesh-assisted procedures, implant-free autoaugmentation, explantation with fat grafting, and adjuncts such as popcorn capsulorrhaphy and axillary breast excision.

Heavy ptosis and revision
Lesson 1 treats a 67-year-old with grade 3 ptosis, a 30 cm notch-to-nipple distance and a medially displaced left areola, reduced from 40DD to C through a central pedicle with internal support. Lesson 2 is a revision in a patient with saline implants who wants a rounder upper pole at the same overall volume.
Autoaugmentation by the numbers
In lesson 3, a 40-year-old moves from a D to a small C cup. Markings bring the notch-to-nipple distance from 25 to 21 cm, place the nipple 1–2 cm above the fold reflection and target a 42 mm areola, before the inferior flap is transposed upward.
Mesh-supported augmentation and explant
Lesson 4 addresses a bottom-heavy, low-set breast in a 37-year-old seeking D to DD volume, with a superior pedicle and Durazorb scaffold. Lesson 5, two hours long, combines explantation, total capsulectomy, superior pedicle lift, autoaugmentation and selective fat grafting.
