Mayo Clinic Neurology in Clinical Practice 2026 — three days of practical neurology from stroke to neuro-oncology
Mayo Clinic Neurology in Clinical Practice 2026 was taught in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on 25–27 June 2026, and this recording pairs every lecture with the PDF syllabus. Thirty-one Mayo Clinic talks and seven faculty panels walk through the conditions neurologists and generalists meet most — stroke, MS, dementia, Parkinson’s, neuropathy, epilepsy, migraine and sleep — alongside autoimmune neurology, POTS, myelopathy, brain tumours and neuro-palliative care.

Inside the course
Day 1 — stroke, MS and autoimmune neurology
Acute stroke, secondary prevention and aneurysms lead into MS diagnosis and treatment, MOG and NMOSD from Eoin Flanagan, paraneoplastic disorders, altered mental status and tropical neurologic infections.
Day 2 — cognition, movement, nerve and spine
MCI and dementia evaluation, new Alzheimer’s therapies, rapidly progressive dementia and Parkinson-plus syndromes precede neuromuscular talks, POTS, neuropathic pain and Neeraj Kumar’s myelopathy pearls.
Day 3 — seizures, headache, sleep and tumours
Spells versus seizures, antiseizure drugs and drug-resistant epilepsy are followed by sleep disorders, headache warning signs, new migraine drugs, diplopia after stroke, CSF dynamics, primary brain tumours and cancer-therapy neurotoxicity.
Mayo Clinic Neurology in Clinical Practice panels
Each block closes with a faculty panel, and a final session presents neuro-palliative care through cases, keeping the teaching grounded in real decisions.
