Inside the course
Early editions: breadth
The 7th and 8th editions mix face and oculoplastic masterclasses, a two-part facelift, lower eyelid reconstruction, ptosis correction and rhinoplasty by open, closed and preservation routes, led by Saban, Jacono, Medel, Saleh, Neves, Ferraz and Patrocínio.
Rhinoplasty in depth
The 9th, 13th and 15th editions are almost entirely nasal surgery. Emre Ilhan and José Carlos Neves pair precision and preservation work, and the final edition gives over 17 hours to Latin American approaches from Cristian Cordero, Froilán Paéz, Mário Ferraz and a Tagle-technique series.
Facelift editions
Michele Pascali’s three-part facial rejuvenation anchors the 11th edition. The 12th breaks one facelift into markings, infiltration, deep plane and subcutaneous dissection, flap suspension and skin trimming on both sides, and the 14th hands roughly eleven hours to Ben Talei and Dominic Bray.

Before you buy
Do I get the hands-on and one-to-one parts of the masterclass?
No. The in-person format relied on small groups, cadaver work and direct contact with faculty; what you receive are the video recordings only.
Are editions one to six included?
No. The bundle starts at the 7th edition and runs to the 15th; earlier meetings are not part of it.
Is every lesson in English?
The course is listed as English, but faculty come from Portugal, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Turkey and elsewhere, so accents vary and some surgical commentary may slip into another language. The lesson names do not say which parts, if any.
Can I learn to perform these operations from the recordings?
They show how experienced surgeons work; they do not replace supervised training, and nothing here qualifies a viewer to operate.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
