Children’s dentistry from sealants to pulpotomy, then replacing a lost front tooth in a growing patient
Pediatric dentist Greg Psaltis, with nearly five decades in practice, and prosthodontist Gregg Kinzer share Pediatric Dentistry: Essentials and Trauma Management. Twelve lessons over 5 h 26 min cover the routine procedures a general dentist performs on children, followed by the long-term options for young patients who lose or damage an anterior tooth.

Inside the course
Everyday paediatric procedures
The first module (2 h 24 min) runs through sealants, steel crowns, strip crowns, anaesthesia technique, posterior fillings and pulp treatment in primary teeth — the core of a child-friendly general practice.
After an anterior injury
The second module (3 h 01 min) considers how to replace or restore a front tooth in a child or adolescent whose jaw is still growing: transplanting a tooth, moving a canine into the gap, resin-bonded and cantilever bridges, and the later role of conventional bridges and single implants.
Two perspectives
Psaltis brings the view of a long-time paediatric practitioner and award-winning lecturer; Kinzer contributes the restorative and interdisciplinary planning for trauma cases.

Before you buy
Does “trauma management” include emergency care of avulsed teeth?
The trauma module is about longer-term replacement and restoration options, not first-aid protocols for acute injuries.
Is behaviour management of children taught?
It is not a separate lesson; the focus is on clinical procedures.
Who teaches which part?
Greg Psaltis is the paediatric specialist; Gregg Kinzer’s restorative background fits the tooth-replacement material.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
