Facial anatomy on a fresh cadaver with Sebastian Cotofana — seven short dissections that map where filler really goes
Professor Cotofana Anatomy review is a compact anatomy lab in which Sebastian Cotofana dissects a fresh cadaver face layer by layer and relates each finding to filler injection. Seven lessons, 1 h 09 min in total, cover the facial layers, the temple, the jawline, the upper third and the cheek, plus his explanation of the so-called Domino Effect.
- 7lessons
- 1 h 09 minof dissection video
- 5facial regions
What you’ll be able to do
- Name the layers of the face in order and picture them before you choose a depth
- Place supraperiosteal temple product with the temporal vessels and landmarks in mind
- Describe the jawline anatomy that shapes contouring work
- Identify the arteries, nerves, ROOF, RFFC and fat compartments of the upper third and the safer plane for filler there
- Approach the nasolabial sulcus through a dermal access point with a 22G cannula
Inside the course
Layers first, then the temple
A four-minute opener lays out the soft-tissue layers on the specimen. Two temple lessons follow, showing how volume is built deep on bone over the temporalis and why the surrounding arteries dictate where the needle stops.
Lower face and the Domino Effect
The jawline lesson walks through the structures you meet along the mandible. In the 15-minute Domino Effect segment, Cotofana dissects lateral and medial facial tissue to show how treating one zone can lift or support a neighbouring one, a minimally invasive concept demonstrated with Art Filler Volume.
Upper third and cheeks
The last two lessons trace vessels and compartmentalised fat in the forehead and brow region, then turn to the midface: how ageing changes its soft tissue and how the sulcus can be repositioned with a cannula, including the difficulties that come up on the way.

Before you buy
How deep does a one-hour course go?
Each lesson runs between 4 and 15 minutes, so treat it as a focused review of key regions rather than a full anatomy curriculum; the nose, lips and neck are not covered.
Is there a Portuguese edition?
Yes, the catalogue also lists a Portuguese version of this anatomy review as a separate product, so buy only the language you need.
Does watching it prepare me to inject these areas?
No. It is anatomy teaching on a specimen and does not replace supervised injection training or qualify anyone to treat patients.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
