Inside the course
Master lectures (31 h 13 min)
Faculty analyse extreme cases — badly deviated septums, trauma, ethnic noses and skin at both ends of the thickness range — then present revision algorithms for short noses, columellar necrosis and patients with several prior surgeries. A session on high-risk manoeuvres and perforation closure rounds out the block.
Operating room (25 h 17 min)
Six live broadcasts sit alongside 14 pre-recorded difficult cases, with moderators and operators explaining each choice as it is made. Ultrasonic (piezo) bone work features prominently.
Technique showcase (21 h 45 min)
Hands-on style sessions on rib and ear cartilage harvest, dorsal augmentation, tip control and precise graft fixation so that the result holds up over time.
