Two primary women
A 59-year-old with lower face and neck laxity has a deep plane lift, gliding brow lift, neck contouring and fat grafting (4 h 10 min). A 60-year-old whose only earlier surgery was a lower blepharoplasty adds a philtrum-enhancing lip lift and jowl micro-liposuction (4 h).
A combined upper and lower face case
A 65-year-old man undergoes direct brow lift, upper lid autoaugmentation blepharoplasty, preservation lower blepharoplasty with transpalpebral midface suspension, fat grafting, deep plane lower facelift and neck lift. The brow incision follows the hairline to hide the scar.
Two secondary lifts
A 59-year-old man returns two years after a similar operation with platysmal bands and thin skin; a 65-year-old woman presents with neck bands, lost neck fullness and a prior deformity, and fat is used across lips, cheeks, forehead, jawline and neck.
