Brigham Rheumatology Board Review 2025 — 42 lectures from immunology to orthopaedics, imaging and pregnancy
The Brigham Board Review and Comprehensive Update in Rheumatology 2025 gathers 42 recorded lectures from 37 Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard-affiliated faculty, first released on 30 June 2025 and supplied with slide PDFs. Beyond the classic inflammatory diseases it spends real time on what rheumatologists see between them: hand, knee, foot and spine problems, musculoskeletal imaging and ultrasound, infection prevention, immunotherapy toxicity, pregnancy and paediatric care.

What you’ll be able to do
- Diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome with current strategies
- Separate the vasculitides, myopathies, scleroderma and Sjögren’s disease and recognise lung involvement
- Manage crystal arthritis, septic arthritis and Lyme disease, and prevent infection on immunosuppression
- Examine and triage elbow, hand, knee, shoulder, foot and back pain
- Read hand, foot and spine imaging and understand where ultrasound helps
- Use biologics and biosimilars safely with sensible clinic monitoring
Inside the course
Core inflammatory disease
Rheumatoid arthritis gets an overview, a pathogenesis talk and a treatment update; lupus is split into manifestations, pathogenesis and therapy; psoriatic and axial spondyloarthritis, scleroderma, myositis, Sjögren’s and three vasculitis lectures complete the block.
Crystals, infection and systemic disease
Gout and CPPD, septic arthritis, Lyme disease and vaccination sit alongside osteoporosis, autoinflammatory syndromes, sarcoidosis, checkpoint inhibitor toxicity and a tour of unusual rheumatic conditions.
Brigham Rheumatology Board Review of joints and imaging
Orthopaedic surgeons cover the elbow, wrist, hand, knee, shoulder, foot and ankle, followed by osteoarthritis, low back pain and interventional spine care, then four imaging and ultrasound sessions.
Special populations and fundamentals
Pregnancy and paediatric rheumatology precede genetics, immunology, biologic mechanisms, pain management and a practical lecture on monitoring in the rheumatology clinic.
Built for
- Rheumatology fellowsBroad board-oriented coverage, including the musculoskeletal and imaging topics often underprepared.
- Practising rheumatologistsA single refresher before recertification or to update prescribing.
- Internists and primary care physiciansJoint, back and soft-tissue lectures translate directly to general clinics.

Before you buy
Are running times or a download size listed for the Brigham rheumatology videos?
No. The full lecture and faculty list is available, but lengths and total size have not been published.
How is it different from the UCSF rheumatology board reviews?
UCSF’s courses (2024 MS-20989, 2025 MS-26465, 2026 MS-37195) are recordings of a live three-day meeting with fewer, longer talks; Brigham’s is a larger on-demand series with more orthopaedic and imaging content.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
