Case examples show medial expansion and the dual plane interface in relation to chest wall shape, cleavage line and volume, with fat used to soften the upper pole.
Third module — dissection choices (51 min)
The longest talk compares dual plane methods in detail, then turns to implant selection, aftercare, long-term follow-up and where augmentation surgery is heading.
