Alfredo Hoyos on breast augmentation planning — torso proportions, the inframammary fold and dual plane variations
The Total Definer Breast Aesthetics Masterclass (first edition) gathers three presentations by Alfredo Hoyos, 2 h 10 min in total. Although the programme outline spans augmentation, mastopexy, reduction, fat grafting and revision, the recorded talks concentrate on augmentation: reading the torso and fold, choosing a dual plane variant, building an internal bra and adding fat for a natural contour.

What you’ll be able to do
- Plan augmentation around chest-to-waist proportions and torso length
- Classify the inframammary fold and anticipate fold-related deformities
- Compare dual plane techniques and how muscle dissection changes the result
- Use medial expansion, an internal bra and fat grafting to shape cleavage and volume
- Match implant choice and projection to body type and long-term follow-up
Inside the course
First module — vertical planning (43 min)
Hoyos explains why the torso and fold drive the plan, how short and long torsos differ, and when fat grafting, internal bra support or a medial dual plane helps solve fold problems.
Second module — individualised augmentation (36 min)
Case examples show medial expansion and the dual plane interface in relation to chest wall shape, cleavage line and volume, with fat used to soften the upper pole.
Third module — dissection choices (51 min)
The longest talk compares dual plane methods in detail, then turns to implant selection, aftercare, long-term follow-up and where augmentation surgery is heading.

Before you buy
Are reduction, mastopexy and reconstruction covered in depth?
They appear in the course outline, but the three recorded lectures are centred on augmentation planning and dual plane technique, so expect limited time on other operations.
Are the hands-on demonstrations included?
You receive three lecture recordings; there is no live or hands-on component, and none of it qualifies anyone to perform breast surgery.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
