Curved and calcified canals
The first two lessons tackle double S-curvatures and extreme apical bends, then obliterated canals — covering detection, access design, mechanical preparation and how to avoid steps, blockages, perforations and file separation.
Restorations and posts
Retreatment lessons address removing amalgam, composite and crowns using Metalift and WAMkey systems, then the safe extraction of every post type with ultrasonics and dedicated extractor tools.
Separated instruments
The final lesson sets criteria for removal versus bypass of fractured files, with techniques using ultrasound and systems such as Terauchi and Endocowboy, plus obturation and silver-point challenges.
