Hard and soft tissue management, A to Z — 20 lessons on GBR, grafting, ridge and sinus augmentation
Spanning the full surgical toolkit, A – Z of Hard & Soft Tissue Management takes twenty structured lessons — just over fifteen hours — from first principles to advanced technique. Neel Bhatavadekar and Yazad Gandhi work across bone regeneration, gingival grafting, the development of implant sites and augmentation of the sinus, weaving in anatomy, radiology, biomaterials and instrumentation.

Inside the course
Fundamentals first
The opening lessons ground you in GBR biology, grafting anatomy, anesthesia, radiology and the instruments, biomaterials and antibiotics that make procedures predictable.
Sockets, ridges and bone
Partial extraction therapy, socket preservation, horizontal and vertical augmentation, block grafting and ridge split build your hard-tissue repertoire, with a full module on managing graft complications.
Sinus, soft tissue and integration
Detailed sinus grafting, including endoscopy, sits alongside connective-tissue and free gingival grafts, before case-based lessons that combine hard and soft procedures into complete plans.
