Paulo Malo’s team on zygomatic and All-on-4 full-arch treatment — surgery, Malo bridge prosthetics, occlusion and maintenance
Taught by Paulo Malo, originator of the All-on-4 concept, with prosthodontist Andreia Rodrigues and technician Joel De Jesus Pereira, Zygoma Full-Arch Protocols sets out how the team rehabilitates severely resorbed jaws. Occlusion specialists Jean-Daniel Orthlieb and Robert Kerstein add three lessons on implant biomechanics and force control. Eight lessons run 11 h 50 min and are pitched at the surgeon, the prosthodontist and the laboratory together.

What you’ll be able to do
- Select between standard, hybrid, double-zygoma and extreme All-on-4 variants for atrophic maxillae
- Compare transinus and zygomatic implants, including Brånemark versus Malo protocols
- Fabricate and adjust immediate and definitive Malo bridges in acrylic or ceramic
- Control occlusal load on implant-supported restorations using biomechanical principles
- Run a maintenance programme from osseointegration to long-term recall
Inside the course
Occlusion on implants
The first three lessons deal with how forces pass through implant restorations, biomechanical risk and clinical decision-making, illustrated with cases. They are general rather than zygoma-specific.
Rehabilitating the atrophic jaw
Two lessons trace the history and diagnosis of the Malo protocol, then review options for the severely resorbed maxilla with long-term results, product choice, success rates and clinical cases for tilted, transinus and zygomatic implants.
Prosthetics and laboratory work
Two immediate-prosthesis techniques, relining a pre-made denture directly or through anterior windows, bite registration, lab checklists, occlusal schemes for provisionals, common complications such as fractures and loose abutments, and the three Malo bridge types with their repair.
Keeping it healthy
The hygiene lesson lays out appointments from surgery to six months, the modified plaque index, hyaluronic acid versus chlorhexidine, radiographic and prosthetic checks and home-care instructions.

Before you buy
Is every lesson about zygomatic implants?
No. Roughly five hours cover occlusion and biomechanics on implants in general; zygomatic implants are one part of the full-arch lessons.
Do I see the zygomatic surgery step by step?
The outline lists protocols, products and clinical cases, but no dedicated live-surgery lesson is named.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
