Immediate loading with Marco Degidi — welded and conometric prostheses from single tooth to atrophic maxilla
Marco Degidi, inventor of the WeldOne and Conometric concepts, walks you through his full immediate loading system in Advanced Immediate Loading: Conometric & Welded Prosthesis Concepts. Twenty lessons and just over 19 hours cover single units, partial and full arches, post-extraction sites and zygomatic cases, with both analog and digital shell fabrication shown alongside master technician Gianluca Sighinolfi.

What you’ll be able to do
- Apply the biological and mechanical rules that make same-day loading predictable
- Decide case by case whether immediate loading is worth the risk for a single implant
- Stabilise provisional and final work with intraoral titanium welding
- Seat single crowns and bridges on conometric abutments without cement or screws
- Fabricate prosthetic shells by hand or through CAD-CAM and direct printing
- Plan full-arch rehabilitations in the mandible, the maxilla and severely resorbed ridges
Inside the course
Principles and the component checklist
The opening lectures condense three decades of Degidi’s published research into core loading rules, then list every abutment, wire and bending tool his welding method depends on, closing with the WeldOne device for joining titanium parts in the mouth.
Shell fabrication in the lab
Three sessions with Sighinolfi show analog shells, a digital route using milling and printing, and fast single-tooth shells built from stock teeth, with a comparison of hybrid versus full ceramic.
Single teeth and partial arches
Inclusion and exclusion criteria, fresh extraction sockets, the gap-free conometric crown, and anterior versus posterior bridges on implant or abutment level are each discussed with clinical studies behind them.
Full arches and difficult jaws
Seven lessons weigh gingiva-coloured versus toothed prostheses, provisional versus his “durable” intermediate design, screw versus conometric retention, cantilevers, opposing-arch analysis and a zygomatic rescue of a very thin maxilla, ending with immediate versus delayed placement in the esthetic zone.

Before you buy
Do I need WeldOne or conometric components to benefit?
Several lessons centre on these proprietary concepts, but the loading criteria, case selection and full-arch reasoning apply with any implant system.
Are zygomatic implants covered in depth?
One lesson of about 40 minutes shows a severely atrophic maxilla treated with zygomatic fixtures; it is a case demonstration rather than a full zygoma course.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
