Aligner therapy in children and teenagers 2.0 — growth-stage protocols for interceptive and adolescent treatment
Aligner therapy in children and teenagers 2.0 focuses on the patients whose growth makes clear-aligner treatment both an opportunity and a planning challenge. Six lessons from several lecturers cover when to start, how to read skeletal maturity from the cervical vertebrae, and aligner protocols for crossbite, deep and open bite, Class II and III, crowding and habits, with dedicated sessions on ClinCheck programming for Precision Wings, hybrid Motion 3D mechanics and retention.

Inside the course
Aligner therapy in growing children
The opening lessons explain the aims of interceptive orthodontics with Invisalign First and Teen, the rule of three for intermaxillary elastics, correction of a forced mandibular position, and how cooperation and growth potential change the treatment plan.
Programming and the three dimensions
One lesson is devoted to the technical phases of ClinCheck and the errors that derail mandibular advancement set-ups. Another manages transverse, sagittal and vertical problems in early dentition, weighing early treatment against a single phase, with crossbite, Class II, crowding and deep-bite cases.
Hybrid Class II and digital workflow
Elastic protocols for displaced canines, mixed dentition and adults sit alongside button placement and anchorage choices for Motion 3D combined with aligners. The last lesson covers digital planning for severe crowding and protrusion, communication with parents and DSD for gummy smile.
