Design your own All-on-X surgical guides — 43 lectures and walkthroughs with Nate Farley
Stop outsourcing your guide design: Advanced Surgical Guides – All on X teaches the full digital build across seven modules and 43 lectures, roughly five hours. Prosthodontist Nate Farley pairs each concept with a screen walkthrough, taking you from file alignment and bone segmentation to the finished pin guide, then through printing on several common resin printers.

What you’ll be able to do

- Design a tooth setup in Meshmixer
- Build a surgical guide with bone reduction and a hybrid base
- Add supports, cylinders and pins for a pin guide
- Print and clean guides on common resin 3D printers
Inside the course
Setup and software
The first modules get your workstation ready — installing Meshmixer, gathering program files, then aligning scans and segmenting bone inside the planning software.
Building the guide
Three design modules take a case from initial bone reduction through making and sectioning the guide, fixing mesh holes, creating the hybrid base, and adding supports, cylinders and pins.
Printing it out
A dedicated module reviews several desktop printers and walks through setup, printing and post-processing so your finished guide is ready for surgery.
