Bradley Calobrace operates on five breast lift cases: mesh-supported reduction, implant exchange, autoaugmentation, augmentation mastopexy and explant
In Advanced Techniques in First‑ and Second‑Stage Breast Lift Surgery 2021, aesthetic breast surgeon Bradley Calobrace narrates five complete operations over 7 h 11 min, labelled as Volume 1 of his case series. The set moves from primary procedures to revision work: a central pedicle reduction with soft-tissue support, a secondary lift with saline-to-silicone exchange, an implant-free lower pole transposition, a large-volume augmentation mastopexy with mesh, and explantation with total capsulectomy.
- 5full cases
- 7 h 11 minof operative video
- 2 h 01 minlongest case (explant)
What you’ll be able to do
- Choose between central and superior pedicle designs based on age, sternal notch-to-nipple distance and required lift
- Use mesh or soft-tissue scaffolds to support the lower and medial pole in reduction and augmentation mastopexy
- Plan a remove-and-replace revision, selecting a higher-profile cohesive silicone implant
- Create upper pole fullness without implants through lower pole transposition autoaugmentation
- Weigh total capsulectomy and reshaping options after implant removal in symptomatic patients
Inside the course
Primary cases
Case 1 treats a 67-year-old with 40DD ptotic breasts who wants a C cup, using a central pedicle and internal support. Case 3 shows a 40-year-old after one pregnancy, where lower pole tissue is moved upward for a quasi-implant effect, with nipple position and notch distances measured on camera.
Augmentation mastopexy with mesh
Case 4, a 37-year-old after two pregnancies who wants to go from C to D or DD, explains why a large implant alone under bottom-heavy tissue invites pseudoptosis, and how lower pole reduction and mesh reinforcement keep volume high.
Secondary and explant surgery
Case 2 revisits a previously augmented patient for a secondary lift with implant exchange. Case 5, the longest at two hours, follows a woman with progressive systemic symptoms after saline augmentation through evaluation, explantation, capsule management and a lift to restore form.

Before you buy
Is this the same as “Advanced Initial & Revision Mastopexy” in this catalogue?
It appears to be. That course, and its Spanish and Portuguese editions, presents the same five Calobrace cases with matching running times, so there is no reason to buy both.
Does the course cover breast implant illness as a diagnosis?
Case 5 describes the patient’s symptoms and the surgical response, but it is an operative video, not a review of the evidence on implant-related illness.
Is the footage recent?
The series is dated 2021; mesh products and implant choices shown reflect that period.
Can these videos replace supervised training?
No. They illustrate one experienced surgeon’s decisions and are not a qualification to perform these operations.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
