Breast and body sessions from the 2024 Winning Combination symposium — abdominoplasty, BBL, implants, explant and HD liposuction
Aesthetic All-Stars: Face & Body Intensive packages seven long recordings, 18 h 07 min in total, from the Winning Combination Symposia 2024, a four-day meeting with a Face+Rhino and a Breast+Body track. Its twelve faculty are William P. Adams Jr., Jamil Ahmad, Ashkan Ghavami, Caroline Glicksman, Ashley Gordon, Melinda Haws, Nolan S. Karp, Pat Pazmino, David Sieber, Douglas S. Steinbrech, Jennifer Walden and Simeon Wall Jr. The sessions included here come from the breast and body side: lower body lift and tummy tuck, BBL, implant technology, explantation, scaffolds and high-definition liposuction.

What you’ll be able to do
- Use BMI to plan abdominoplasty and lower body lift, staging the upper body lift in heavier patients
- Reshape the navel with a four-flap umbilicoplasty and repair diastasis for a better contour
- Weigh the risks of gluteal fat grafting and the emerging role of ultrasound in BBL
- Describe implants with the ISO surface-finish classification and position newer devices such as Motiva
- Counsel patients on explantation and capsulectomy, with indications by implant type, age and history
- Compare UAL and PAL, cannula sizes and candidate selection for high-definition liposuction
Inside the course
Abdomen and lower body
The first two sessions, nearly six hours together, focus on lower body lifts and full abdominoplasty in the growing post-bariatric population: umbilical design, adding liposuction, scar control, diastasis repair and a stepwise plan for high-BMI patients, alongside breast ultrasound, reduction and augmentation-mastopexy.
Buttocks, scaffolds and devices
One presenter explains a move from exaggerated curves to a natural, athletic BBL look and why demand may be easing. Another traces implant generations, the switch from smooth and textured labels to surface finish, and what distinguishes Motiva; scaffold use in reconstruction and dual plane versus subfascial placement also feature.
Explant and definition liposuction
A panel compares liposuction energy sources and cannulas, a session on explantation covers motivations, complications and when capsulectomy is warranted, and the final recording examines HD liposuction, poor outcomes from overcorrection, and cultural and ethnic trends in body surgery.

Before you buy
Is there any face or rhinoplasty content?
Not in the lesson list. Although the title and the meeting mention a Face+Rhino track, all seven recordings deal with breast and body surgery.
Do the session titles match what is taught?
Only loosely. Titles appear to name the day’s operations, while the summaries describe the talks; the fifth session, for example, is titled around implant removal but is described as a liposuction panel.
Does it repeat other meeting recordings in the catalogue?
Several of these surgeons also teach in Aesthetic Meeting 2020 and The Aesthetic Evolution: 2022 Society Gathering, but those are different events with different talks.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
