Minimally invasive prosthetics with Giacomo Fabbri — BOPT emergence profiles to worn-dentition rehab in 7 lessons
Prosthodontist Giacomo Fabbri teaches Aesthetic Evolution, an 8 h 05 min course of seven lessons on conservative preparation and the biology behind lasting results. It develops the BOPT-driven emergence profile around implants in the aesthetic zone, then extends into occlusion, adhesive prosthodontics, CEREC treatment of tooth wear and a full lesson on clinical photography.

What you’ll be able to do
- Shape a biologically driven emergence profile around aesthetic implants
- Apply the one-abutment, one-time protocol and manage soft tissue
- Plan full-mouth rehabilitation and decide when to raise vertical dimension
- Treat worn dentition with minimally invasive, adhesive techniques
- Deliver monolithic and CAD/CAM restorations, including a CEREC workflow
- Set up standardised dental photography for shade and documentation
Inside the course
Implant integration and soft tissue
The first two lessons cover facial and functional analysis, incisal edge position, implant connection types and abutment materials, then the surgical creation of an emergence profile and handling of soft tissue in visible areas.
Occlusion and full-mouth planning
Fabbri sets out complete oral rehabilitation, diagnosis before treatment, curves of Spee and Wilson, and the criteria for whether, how and how much to increase vertical dimension in worn cases.
Adhesive prosthodontics and digital tools
Later lessons address micro-restorative posteriors, veneer preparation, onlays and extrusion techniques, hybrid CAD/CAM materials, and a CEREC protocol for the worn dentition, closing with photography standards.
About the instructor
Fabbri is an active member of the Italian academies of prosthetic dentistry and dental aesthetics, trained in fixed prosthodontics under Mauro Fradeani.

Before you buy
Does it rely on a specific CAD/CAM system?
One lesson works through the CEREC system, but the concepts on preparation, occlusion and adhesion apply across workflows.
How much covers implants versus natural teeth?
Both. Early lessons focus on implant emergence profiles, while the later ones address tooth-supported rehabilitation and worn dentition.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
