OHIS RealGUIDE Online School: From Beginner to Advanced -Nikita Degtyarev is a screen-based software course taught by a clinician who has worked with RealGUIDE since 2018. Across 15 lessons and 11 h 10 min, Nikita Degtyarev builds every class of guide in the program — tooth-supported, mucosa-supported, sectional and pin-based All-on-6 guides — before moving to metal-bar guides with magnetic connectors and the transition to a milled PMMA prosthesis.

Inside the course
RealGUIDE basics and simple guides
The first two lessons tour the main modules, then produce a tooth-supported guide, choose or draw a custom sleeve and write the drilling sequence.
Edentulous and immediate-extraction cases
Lessons 3–6 match radiographic guides and edentulous models to CT data, create a digital wax-up and design pin-fixed, sectional and bone-reduction guides for All-on-6 with same-day extractions.
Bite transfer, loading and special guides
Lessons 7–9 cover digital bite registration with scan markers, channels in the virtual prosthesis for immediate loading, and guides for autotransplantation, gingival contouring, bone trepanation and custom healing abutments.
Metal guides and PMMA integration
The advanced block imports an FP1 prosthesis from exocad, plans All-on-4 with multi-unit angles, models a metal guide with sleeves and connectors, and finishes with insertion path, flanges and a transition system for the milled PMMA restoration.
