Classic Lectures in Pathology: Breast Pathology 2025 — 19 lectures on core biopsies, papillary lesions and biomarkers
Classic Lectures in Pathology: What You Need to Know: Breast Pathology 2025 gathers 19 recorded lectures and a PDF syllabus, released on 15 January 2025. The set concentrates on where breast diagnosis most often goes wrong: intraductal and papillary proliferations, lobular neoplasia, spindle cell and myoepithelial lesions, core needle biopsy traps and post-neoadjuvant specimens. Several talks are given over to ER, PR and HER2 testing and to prognostic and predictive markers.

What you’ll be able to do
- Work through difficult intraductal proliferations and atypical lesions with a practical scheme
- Sort papillary lesions from straightforward to problematic
- Interpret ER, PR and HER2 results and the controversies around them
- Apply molecular subtyping and the current AJCC staging revisions
- Report post-neoadjuvant resections and recurrent or metastatic carcinoma
- Recognise which diagnoses on a core needle biopsy change surgical management
Inside the course
Proliferative and in-situ disease
Atypical proliferative lesions, lobular carcinoma in situ and other problematic in-situ lesions are taught next to a hands-on approach for intraductal proliferations that resist easy labels.
Papillary, spindle cell and myoepithelial lesions
Three separate lectures deal with papillary tumours, joined by talks on the benign-to-malignant spindle cell spectrum and on myoepithelial and combined epithelial-myoepithelial lesions — the categories that generate most breast consults.
Breast Pathology biomarkers and triple-negative disease
Predictive factor testing, traditional and newer prognostic markers and diagnostic immunohistochemistry each get their own session. Two lectures explore triple-negative carcinoma, including the subtypes whose outlook is surprisingly good.
Specimens after treatment
Two talks cover handling and reporting resections after neoadjuvant systemic therapy, one looks at recurrent and metastatic carcinoma, and a challenging-cases session closes the collection.

Before you buy
Are the lecturers named?
No. Only lecture titles are listed for this collection, and the download size is not given either.
Do some lectures overlap?
Yes. Papillary lesions, post-neoadjuvant specimens and prognostic factors are each handled by more than one talk, as expected in an anthology of classic lectures.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
