Ten courses for the general practice: occlusion, full-mouth rehab, endodontic retreatment, early ortho and sleep apnea
The Comprehensive Practice Track (Occlusion, Prostho, Endo, Ortho, Airway) Pack groups ten video courses — 120 lessons, almost 103 hours — so that one purchase covers most of the disciplines a busy general dentist touches. Teachers include Frank Spear, Mauro Fradeani, Gianluca Paniz, Gianluca Plotino, Arturo Fortini, Dan Hagi, Devang Patel and John Tucker, with a retreatment masterclass featuring Yoshi Terauchi.

- Shape emergence profiles, abutments and pontics to support soft tissue on teeth and implants
- Remove gutta-percha, MTA and separated instruments, and bypass hidden ledges during retreatment
- Spot early malocclusion in children and decide when interceptive treatment pays off
- Screen for obstructive sleep apnea and offer oral appliance therapy to CPAP-intolerant patients
Inside the course
Occlusion as the foundation
Devang Patel’s rehabilitation programme moves in three stages from occlusal basics to full-mouth cases, and a separate occlusion course shows articulator mounting, TMD assessment for simple cases and splint choice in hands-on detail. Spear’s worn-dentition series then applies the same thinking to erosion and attrition.
Prosthetics on teeth and implants
Paniz focuses on margin placement and tissue conditioning with provisionals and mock-ups. Fradeani explains his minimally invasive, enamel-preserving system for crowns, veneers and onlays from single units to full arches, and Dan Hagi covers ceramic implants from material science to complications and patient communication.
Endodontics from first treatment to retreatment
A 21-hour primary endodontics course runs from access to three-dimensional obturation. The retreatment masterclass adds MTA handling, fan-shaped tips for ledges, ultrasonic and rotary removal of broken files, and live demonstrations on simulation models.
Children and airways
Fortini’s team introduces early diagnosis, cephalometrics in growing patients and interceptive orthodontics. The final course explains upper-airway anatomy, oral appliance therapy and how to work alongside sleep physicians.
