- Read CBCT and MRI of the TMJ and upper airway for signs of TMD or sleep-disordered breathing

Inside the course
Pain, dysfunction and the joint
An orofacial pain course built on the biopsychosocial model leads into Okeson’s six-module, 31-hour programme on masticatory function, pain mechanisms, diagnosis and management. Rocabado’s 17-hour course adds craniovertebral assessment, splint therapy and his Tricentric concept.
Imaging and measurement
Lassmann ties vertical dimension and centric relation to CBCT and MRI findings; Tamimi explains what radiographs reveal about the joint and the airway; and a 22-lesson cephalometrics course moves from landmarks and planes to curve of Spee reconstruction.
Building a stable occlusion
Dawson and Cranham cover the ten factors behind occlusal stability, where anterior teeth belong and why porcelain fractures. A dedicated centric relation course compares every popular registration protocol, while posturology and a first Kois 165 lesson broaden the view.
