Harvard Testosterone Therapy and Sexual Dysfunction 2025 — testosterone deficiency and sexual medicine over two focused days
Filmed in January 2025, Harvard Testosterone Therapy and Sexual Dysfunction 2025 gives one full day to testosterone deficiency in men and a second to the sexual problems clinicians hear about from men, women and couples. Course director Abraham Morgentaler, whose research overturned old assumptions about testosterone and the prostate, teaches with a small faculty that includes a nurse and a clinical psychologist and sex therapist. Videos come with the accompanying PDFs.

Inside the course
Day one — testosterone in men
Morgentaler and Traish lay the groundwork with history, terminology, physiology and the health consequences of deficiency. Khera then untangles competing guidelines, and the day moves through candidacy, low T versus ageing, delivery routes, cardiovascular and prostate safety, fertility preservation and two case-based sessions.
Male sexual function and gender-affirming care
The second morning opens with Khera on oral drugs, injections and surgery for ED, regenerative options and ejaculation disorders, then a nurse’s practical tips. Irwig covers treating trans men and trans women before a panel and Morgentaler’s keynote on testosterone and human dignity.
Women, couples and the Harvard Testosterone Therapy and Sexual Dysfunction 2025 closing panel
The afternoon turns to women: the history of testosterone use, sexual physiology, how Rubin prescribes menopausal hormone therapy, HSDD and other dysfunctions. Brandon adds sociosexual trends, non-drug therapy and the influence of partner dynamics, and an open question session closes the meeting.
