Obstetrics & GynecologyCourse recording2026
Harvard Women’s Health and Menopause 2026 — a five-day midlife medicine curriculum with new integrative, musculoskeletal and breast cancer modules
Harvard Women’s Health and Menopause 2026 (WHAM), recorded 23–27 March 2026, treats menopause as a whole-body transition rather than a hot-flush problem. Harvard Medical School faculty and invited national and international experts cover hormone therapy prescribing, perimenopause, bone, heart, brain, gut, skin and sexual health, and they openly discuss off-label and contested uses of estrogen and testosterone. This year adds a dedicated integrative-medicine thread, the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause and a cluster of talks on caring for women at risk of, or living after, breast cancer.

Inside the course
Hormone science and prescribing
The week starts with the biology of perimenopause, 2026 hormone therapy evidence and guidelines, practical prescribing, genitourinary syndrome and hormones for bone, then tests it all on complex cases, primary ovarian insufficiency and endometriosis.
Brain, gut and integrative care
Estradiol and the ageing brain, a brain-fog panel, the gut microbiome and brain–gut interactions, HPA-axis testing, functional-medicine testing and culinary medicine sit alongside a panel on supplements in midlife.
Heart, breast and cancer survivorship
Sex differences in cardiovascular disease, thrombosis risk and cardiometabolic change lead into breast cancer updates, estrogen and breast health, gynecologic malignancies and a panel on symptoms after breast cancer.
Harvard Women’s Health and Menopause beyond the ovaries
Sexual health from libido to painful sex, the musculoskeletal syndrome, rheumatology, skin, hair and cosmetic procedures, migraine, allergy, trauma-informed care, violence, human trafficking, LGBTQ+ midlife care and AI in women’s health.

Before you buy
Is every session on the agenda included?
Nearly. The extended Q&A that followed Melinda Ring’s HPA-axis lecture was not released as video or PDF, so 62 of the 63 agenda items are here; the lecture itself is included.
Do all videos have slides and subtitles?
Each programme video comes with a VTT subtitle file, but PDF handouts cover 60 sessions rather than all 62.
How is it different from the 2025 course?
The 2025 edition of WHAM is sold separately with its own recordings; the 2026 run is a new curriculum with added integrative, musculoskeletal and breast cancer content.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
