Lecture, consultation and core technique
The first two modules combine the masterclass lecture, a preservation facelift with gland reduction, a stepwise one-sided overview and a recorded consultation with full-length and highlighted deep plane procedures, including midline resection in the neck.
The neck in detail
Modules 3 to 5 are mostly short focused clips on the digastric muscles and submandibular glands, closing with an almost hour-long unilateral facelift.
Access, anatomy and outcomes
Incision design with scalpel, radiowave spatula and scissors, exposure of the preauricular flap, skin and SMAS elevation, a 16-patient and a 17-patient case review, and a talk on healing.
Bonus cases
The final module adds four cases not tied to the main sequence, among them a facelift combined with chin implant and one performed without drains or dressings.

Before you buy
I already own Niamtu’s deep plane face, neck and submandibular gland video set. Is this different?
Largely not. The first 33 lessons correspond to that set’s clips under reworded titles, in a new order; the four bonus cases in Module 9 are the main addition.
Why are some modules only a few minutes long?
Several gland and digastric clips last under two minutes, so Module 3 totals about two minutes and Module 6 nine; most running time sits in a handful of longer videos.
Can these recordings qualify me to perform gland reduction?
No. They show one surgeon’s technique and are no substitute for supervised training and the privileges your hospital requires.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
