Plastic SurgeryOnline courseRhinoplasty
Two full days of cadaver-based rhinoplasty from Porto: preservation, structural and hybrid approaches debated by seven international faculty
Mastering Rhinoplasty 2026: From Cadaver Lab to Clinical Excellence is the recorded version of a two-day rhinoplasty dissection course held in Porto, Portugal in 2025. José Carlos Neves, Nazim Cerkes, Enrico Robotti, Miguel Gonçalves Ferreira, Olivier Gerbault, Wolfgang Gubisch and Sam P. Most combine lectures, operative video, live cadaver demonstrations and question time across roughly 12.5 hours.
- 2full-day recordings
- 12 h 30 mintotal
- 7faculty surgeons
- 3panel sessions
What you’ll be able to do
- Contrast reduction-era rhinoplasty with modern structural thinking and understand why tip support was so often lost
- Decide when preservation rhinoplasty suits a patient better than classic dorsal hump removal
- Relate nasal anatomy seen on the cadaver to predictable intraoperative decisions
- Compare faculty preferences for nasal access, bony vault instruments and tip control
- Blend functional and aesthetic goals when choosing a structural, preservation or hybrid plan
Inside the course
Day 1 — from excision to structure
The first 6 h 14 min opens with the historical shift away from cartilage resection, which weakened the domes and caused tip drop needing later grafts, towards preserving and reinforcing the native framework. Lectures alternate with dissection on specimens.
Day 2 — preservation in context
The second 6 h 17 min recording weighs preservation techniques against conventional hump reduction, with emphasis on septal anatomy, patient goals and case selection. Faculty explain how their own use of preservation methods has changed with experience.
Panels and exchanges
Three faculty panels compare how each surgeon opens the nose, which tools they use on the bony framework and how they shape and secure the tip, followed by open questions from participants.

Before you buy
Why does a “2026” course say it was filmed in 2025?
The recordings come from the Porto meeting held in 2025, so do not expect material from a later edition despite the year in the title.
Can I jump to a specific talk or panel?
Each day comes as one long recording without chapter titles, so finding a particular speaker means scrubbing through the video.
Does it overlap with other rhinoplasty courses in this catalogue?
Enrico Robotti also has a separate hands-on open rhinoplasty masterclass here, and there are other multi-faculty rhinoplasty meetings; expect some shared concepts but different recordings.
Is cadaver footage a substitute for lab training?
No. It prepares you for dissection but does not replace hands-on cadaver work or supervised surgery.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
