Mastopexia Inicial e de Revisão Avançada is the Portuguese-language edition of Dr. Bradley Calobrace’s operative series on the breast lift. Five narrated operations, about seven hours in total, show each patient from consultation and skin marking to closure and review of the result, spanning a central-pedicle reduction, a revision augmentation-mastopexy, an auto-augmentation, a mesh-supported augmentation-mastopexy and an explant with total capsulectomy.

Reduction and lift in older, heavy breasts
The first case is a 67-year-old with 40DD grade 3 ptosis, a 30 cm notch-to-nipple distance and a medially displaced left nipple. Calobrace explains why a superior pedicle risked perfusion with a lift of more than 6–8 cm, so he chose a central pedicle with soft-tissue reinforcement.
Implants in, implants out
A secondary lift with exchange of saline implants aims for more upper-pole projection at the same volume, adding mesh-backed popcorn capsulorrhaphy and removal of axillary breast tissue. A 37-year-old after two pregnancies receives 500 cc moderate-profile submuscular implants with a vertical superior-pedicle lift and Durazorb PDO mesh. The longest case removes saline implants with the whole capsule, then lifts, reshapes with her own tissue and adds fat.
Implant-free volume
A 40-year-old moving from a D to a small C cup has lower-pole tissue rotated upward. Markings are shown in figures: sternal notch to nipple 25 cm reduced to 21 cm, nipple 1–2 cm above the fold and a 42 mm areola.

Are all five cases lifts?
The first is strictly a breast reduction with a lift pattern; the other four are mastopexies with or without implants.
Are adjunct procedures shown in full?
Capsulorrhaphy, liposuction and axillary tissue excision appear within the cases rather than as separate lessons. The lessons do not qualify anyone to perform breast surgery.
