Atlas em Vídeo de Ginecologia Cosmética is the Portuguese edition of Dr. Marco Pelosi III’s surgical video atlas, intended for surgeons only. Two modules and about 13 hours of live operative demonstrations cover vaginal tightening and pelvic floor repairs, labia minora and clitoral hood contouring, labia majora fat transfer and reduction, and lifting and liposuction of the mons pubis, with practical notes on positioning, instruments, lighting and local anaesthesia.

Inside the course
Vaginal and perineal surgery (Module 1, 6 h 25 min)
Perineoplasty and its reverse variant, vaginoplasty with rectocele repair, levatorplasty, cystocele repair and hymenoplasty come first.
Labia minora and clitoral hood
Two simple labiaplasty variants (central and anterior lengthening) are followed by four separate labiaplasty-plus-hood contouring cases, and a further case pairs labiaplasty with vaginoplasty.
Labia majora, mons and surrounding areas (Module 2, 6 h 35 min)
Two fat transfer cases and a majoraplasty lead into mons liposuction and a series of monsplasties: basic, with liposuction for mild laxity, after previous abdominoplasty and a syringe-liposuction revision. A classification talk on mons ptosis, the post-caesarean suprapubic apron and medial thighplasty with correction of vulvar distortion finish the atlas.
