Additive, tissue-sparing prosthodontics with Camillo D’Arcangelo — veneers, overlays and worn-dentition rehabilitation
Across ten webinars totalling almost 20 hours, Camillo D’Arcangelo of the University of Chieti presents Not-Invasive and Additive Prosthodontics Restorations. The series follows a case from diagnosis to full-mouth rehabilitation with minimally invasive indirect work, and gives special attention to bruxism, heavy tooth wear, and patients whose occlusal problems link to muscle, joint or posture complaints.

What you’ll be able to do
- Prepare anterior veneers conservatively using wax-up and mock-up guidance
- Design onlays and overlays with minimal reduction and bond them adhesively
- Restore vertical dimension and anterior guidance in worn dentitions
- Protect restorations in patients with bruxism and parafunction
- Factor musculoskeletal and postural findings into occlusal treatment plans
Inside the course
Why add rather than cut
The first webinar explains the additive philosophy and how indications have shifted toward tissue preservation. Two preparation sessions follow: veneers in the front with enamel-saving margins, and onlays or overlays in the back with a discussion of ceramic versus composite.
Occlusion of the posterior segments
A dedicated lecture looks at guidance schemes and lateral control, and how they affect the survival of restorations and the health of the joints.
Wear, parafunction and whole-body links
Four lectures deal with worn dentitions, first functionally and then esthetically, rebuilding the occlusal table and smile proportions. Parafunction lectures address risk management, durable materials and splints, while a two-part block connects occlusion with musculoskeletal disorders through case-based plans.
