Oakstone Gynecologic Pathology 2026 — vulva to placenta, with molecular endometrial classification
Oakstone Gynecologic Pathology 2026 is the Masters of Pathology Series title released on 31 March 2026: 29 lectures and 2 PDFs (8.09 GB), roughly 14.25 hours of teaching. Brooke Howitt, Kay Park, Jaclyn Watkins, Joseph Rabban and colleagues work from the lower genital tract upwards, covering FIGO 2023 endometrial staging, the TCGA molecular groups, HPV-associated and independent cervical adenocarcinoma, and a preview of changes expected in the sixth-edition WHO blue book.

What you’ll be able to do
- Classify and stage vulvar and cervical squamous and glandular neoplasia
- Assign the TCGA molecular class of endometrial carcinoma and apply it to FIGO staging
- Handle atypical hyperplasia/EIN in patients on progestin therapy
- Pick ancillary tests for uterine mesenchymal tumours
- Recognise STIC and other p53-abnormal tubal lesions
- Type ovarian carcinomas and assess low-grade serous implants
Inside the course
Vulva, vagina and cervix
Non-invasive and invasive vulvar squamous disease, vulvovaginal mesenchymal tumours and lower anogenital dysplasia lead into Kay Park’s cervical block, with three slide sessions on glandular lesions and HPV-associated versus independent adenocarcinoma.
Gynecologic pathology of the endometrium
From the endometrial biopsy to integrating histotype with molecular subtype, plus high-risk cancers that masquerade as low-grade endometrioid carcinoma, and a FIGO 2023 staging talk.
Uterine mesenchyme, tube and ovary
Smooth muscle, stromal and adenosarcoma differentials precede fallopian tube precursors, serous borderline tumours, high-risk ovarian cancer typing and two sex cord-stromal lectures.
Pregnancy and biomarkers
Products of conception, gestational trophoblastic disease, endometriosis-related cancer and biomarker interpretation close the programme.
