Perioperative science and critical care
Preoperative evaluation, fluids and acid–base, nutrition, infection and antimicrobials, transfusion and coagulation, pulmonary and cardiac critical care, burns and inhalation injury, and shock with multiple organ failure.
Osler General Surgery abdominal and GI blocks
Esophagus, stomach and duodenum, GI bleeding, portal hypertension in two parts, pancreas, small bowel and spleen, colorectal and anorectal disease, abdominal wall hernia, and minimally invasive and metabolic surgery.
Head and neck, breast, endocrine and oncology
Two head and neck sessions plus thyroid and parathyroid from Louis Portugal, benign and malignant breast, skin and melanoma, sarcoma, adrenal surgery, MEN and a talk on tumour biology.
