Twelve implant webinars from five Italian and US clinicians — immediate placement, sinus work, osseodensification and digital dentures
Five clinicians — Angelo Cardarelli, Alessandro Agnini, Andrea Mastrorosa Agnini, Hua-Hong Chien and Alessio Casucci — share the teaching in Perfection Of Modern Implantology: Aesthetics & Stability. Over 11 h 26 min and twelve recorded webinars, they cover socket management after extraction, guided and freehand placement, sinus augmentation risks, osseodensification, anterior aesthetic planning and full-arch removable solutions.

What you’ll be able to do
- Extract atraumatically and place an immediate implant with a provisional in one visit
- Plan and execute placement through a CAD/CAM surgical guide
- Anticipate the complications of maxillary sinus augmentation and prevent them
- Choose between ridge preservation and guided bone regeneration for a fresh socket
- Apply osseodensification to crestal sinus lifts and ridge expansion
- Run both analogue and digital complete denture workflows, including implant overdentures
Inside the course
From the extraction socket to a stable fixture
The first two modules move from minimally invasive extraction with same-day implant and temporary crown to guided surgery. A surgical session then tackles exposure and orthodontic traction of an impacted tooth, sinus grafting pitfalls, and the choice between socket grafting and GBR.
Osseodensification in three steps
One module is devoted to densifying drilling: the underlying concept, its use for transcrestal sinus elevation, and how it helps widen a narrow ridge without a separate bone graft.
Aesthetics and prosthetic design
Anterior cases are analysed from surgical, orthopaedic and digital angles, followed by current protocols for aesthetic implant restorations. The final module compares analogue and digital complete dentures and closes with implant-retained overdentures.
The teaching team
Alessandro Agnini practises fixed prosthodontics, periodontics and implantology in Modena and Sassuolo; Angelo Cardarelli is an oral surgeon and adjunct professor at San Raffaele, Milan. Hua-Hong Chien is a clinical professor of periodontology at Ohio State, Andrea Mastrorosa Agnini wrote the Digital Dental Revolution books, and Alessio Casucci teaches removable prosthodontics at the University of Siena.
