360° Gluteal Harmonization MasterClass 2025 is a 21-hour injectable buttock course led mainly by Roberto Chacur, with Gina Matzenbacher, Carlos Koga and Manoela Fassina contributing sessions. Inside the course
Patient selection and anatomy first
Matzenbacher opens with two sessions on treating patients who have autoimmune conditions. Chacur then spends two modules on the gluteal region, first as a lecture and then on fresh cadavers, reviewing and dissecting the planes that matter for injection.
Technique demonstrations, the heart of the course
The longest module (6 h 35 min, 12 lessons) shows biostimulation, hyaluronic acid filling and a PMMA plus CaHA combination, on a model patient and on cadavers, including dissection after product placement to reveal where it sits. A separate module covers buttock bioplasty over nearly two and a half hours.
Safety and the science behind the products
Chacur, Koga and Fassina address complications and their treatment, three sessions on PMMA-related hypercalcaemia, and sterile preparation. The final module adds GoldIncision for cellulite, histopathology of biostimulators and the history of PMMA.
