Upper face: hairline, eyelids and brows
Dr. Lucas Patrocinio teaches hairline advancement through a lecture, a cadaver session and a live case. The eyelid block pairs lectures on upper and lower blepharoplasty and brow suspension with two cadaver dissections and a commented operation. A short lecture on endoscopic and lateral forehead lifting discusses patient assessment, thread materials and realistic expectations.
A full facelift case
The longest module, over four hours, shows Dr. Pellarin’s deep plane facelift combined with upper blepharoplasty and fat filling, including his marking and local anaesthesia routine.
