The course opens with sonographic assessment of acute scrotal pain — identifying the features that distinguish torsion from epididymitis and other scrotal emergencies. A pelvic pain module addresses the ultrasound findings relevant to urgent gynaecological presentations, completing the lower-body emergency scanning coverage.
Right lower quadrant and right upper quadrant assessment
Right lower quadrant pain evaluation covers appendicitis and related pathology with the sonographic signs that help confirm or exclude acute intra-abdominal causes.
