Edentulous arches from planning to maintenance — tilted and zygomatic implants, frame design, intraoral welding and conometric retention
Four Italian clinicians — Enrico Agliardi, Giacomo Fabbri, Francesco Mintrone and Marco Degidi — share their protocols in Full-arch rehabilitation. Implantation and prosthetics, 12 lessons and 14 h 43 min on treating the fully edentulous patient. Coverage spans diagnosis and treatment algorithms, All-on-4® and zygomatic solutions for atrophic jaws, esthetic analysis, analog versus digital workflows, occlusion, frame materials, and Degidi’s WeldOne™ and conometric concepts.

What you’ll be able to do
- Select between tilted, extra-long, trans-sinus and zygomatic implants for an atrophic jaw
- Run a facial, dentolabial and dental analysis to set the occlusal plane and vertical dimension
- Decide when a full arch needs pink ceramics or a hybrid bridge
- Compare zirconia, titanium and metal frames and handle chipping during maintenance
- Weld a provisional frame intraorally and plan screwless, cementless conometric restorations
Inside the course
Surgery for atrophic jaws
Agliardi presents immediate rehabilitation of compromised patients: All-on-4® after failed implant therapy, V-II-V configurations, trans-sinus fixtures and single or double zygomatic implants. A second lesson introduces the Osseodirector™ and Osseoshaper™ drilling protocol and the tri-oval Nobel Biocare N1 implant.
Esthetics and workflow choices
Lessons on esthetic analysis, the free gingival margin and digital versus traditional approaches deal with centric relation, radiopaque templates, facebow records, face scanning to build a virtual patient, and the Sheffield test.
Prosthetic strategy and materials
Frame design, occlusal concepts for edentulous patients, the number of implants per arch, immediate-load provisionals, biological width and bone remodelling, and long-term hygiene with zirconia and lithium disilicate combinations are discussed in depth.
Degidi’s welding and conometric concepts
The final two lessons show the WeldOne™ unit, its abutments, wire and bending tools, guided welding, and conometric restorations for complete, partial and single-tooth cases.

Before you buy
Is the content tied to particular implant brands?
Partly: one lesson centres on the Nobel Biocare N1 system and the welding lessons use the WeldOne™ device, though the planning principles apply broadly.
Will I see surgery or mainly prosthetic work?
Both appear, but the balance leans toward planning and prosthetics; surgical content concentrates on tilted and zygomatic implants.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
