Biologics and novel therapeutics for kidney diseases — from APOL1 targeting to onco-nephrology
The 9th annual Keck USC Southern California Kidney Symposium presents 11 lectures on kidney biologics novel therapeutics, bringing together faculty from USC and other U.S. academic institutions to cover new management strategies in hypertension, advanced CKD, glomerular disease, and kidney transplantation. Sessions address emerging therapies across multiple domains — from endothelin inhibition for resistant hypertension and hypoxia-inducible factor activation for CKD anemia, to emerging biologics for antibody-mediated transplant rejection and immune checkpoint inhibitor nephrotoxicity.
