Ceramic veneers from smile design to cementation — Anas Aloum’s clinical workflow in 20 compact videos
In Mastery Academy Veneer Preparation and Administration, prosthodontist Anas Aloum, trained at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, films his veneer workflow end to end. Across 20 lessons totalling 3 h 41 min you move from photos, video and design software through preparation, impressions and provisionals to rubber dam isolation and bonding, then on to wear cases, full-mouth rehabilitation and posterior onlays.

What you’ll be able to do
- Capture the photos and video a smile design needs and move from a 2D design to a 3D wax-up
- Set incisal edge, central proportions, midline and smile curve from facial analysis
- Prepare teeth for ceramic veneers with controlled incisal, axial and interproximal reduction
- Isolate and bond veneers under rubber dam, including split dam and floss ligatures
- Plan a worn dentition with wax-up, mock-up and a raised vertical dimension
- Prepare and deliver posterior onlays, inlays and veneerlays
Inside the course
Design like a pro
Three opening videos deal with photographic angles and patient positioning, the facial and dynamic analysis behind a youthful smile, and how digital design software speeds up planning and case presentation.
Anterior veneer cases
A single central with a size mismatch corrected in composite, a pair of milled ceramic veneers with resin infiltration of enamel defects, a 72-hour two-veneer workflow split into preparation and delivery, and a case replacing old composites affected by secondary caries.
Full-mouth and wear rehabilitation
One patient is restored with crowns, veneerlays and implants while opening the bite; a second wear case is followed over four videos covering speech and occlusion analysis, minimally invasive full-arch preparation, putty-index provisionals and pressed lithium disilicate delivery.
Technique clips
Short videos on impression trays and adhesives, split dam isolation, tying a floss ligature, posterior ceramic protocols and a same-day quadrant case with milled onlays.

Before you buy
Are the individual subjects covered in depth or only surveyed?
Most videos run 3 to 17 minutes, so this is a practical demonstration series rather than a long lecture course; only one case exceeds half an hour.
Is TMJ or open bite management taught?
The lesson list does not include dedicated TMJ or open bite videos; function is addressed within the wear and full-mouth cases.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
