GYN anatomy, pathology, and examination technique
The GYN curriculum covers transabdominal and transvaginal scanning fundamentals, then moves through uterine, ovarian, and adnexal pathology. Congenital abnormalities are addressed alongside normal anatomy, with mock examinations after the GYN and first trimester sections to reinforce retention before advancing.
First through third trimester OB evaluation
First trimester modules address reproductive physiology, measurement techniques, and common complications. The second and third trimester sessions cover fetal age assessment, brain and face/neck evaluation, placenta and umbilical cord assessment, amniotic fluid measurement, multiple gestations, and maternal and fetal complications including 3D ultrasound applications.
