Implant prosthetics on the Osstem system — planning, abutments, occlusion and digital production in 38 lessons
Ten Korean and Korean-American clinicians, including Jung-Bo Huh of Pusan National University, Yin Shik Hur of Kyung Hee University and digital implantology lecturer Sei-Young Chun, teach OSSTEM PROTHESE COURSE: Mastering Implant Prosthodontics & Digital Workflow. Across 13 h 22 min it covers the restorative side of implant therapy: diagnosis, component selection, impressions and scans, prosthesis design, occlusion, complications, CAD/CAM and full-arch loading.

What you’ll be able to do
- Plan restorations for posterior, anterior and fully edentulous implant cases
- Pick the right Osstem abutment and prosthetic type for each site
- Take reliable analog impressions and intraoral scans for implant work
- Design an implant occlusal scheme and adjust it at delivery
- Handle porcelain chipping and screw loosening when they occur
- Produce a one-day prosthesis with milling or 3D printing
Inside the course
From diagnosis to component choice
Six planning lessons cover single posterior sites, the esthetic anterior region and the edentulous maxilla and mandible, including a guided-surgery case with OneGuide. The system module explains how Osstem implants are classified, how to choose anterior abutments, and where locator overdentures and implant-assisted RPDs fit.
Records, design and materials
Impression lessons contrast posterior and anterior final impressions with intraoral scanning. Design lessons then deal with posterior prosthesis types, esthetic crowns, provisionals used to shape the final result and the range of materials suited to digital fabrication.
Occlusion, failures and the digital lab
A six-lesson block on biomechanics runs from occlusal concepts to CR, vertical dimension and occlusal plane in edentulous fixed cases. Short complication lessons precede a digital module on milling, printing and CAD software, and the course ends with conventional versus immediate loading for full-mouth work.

Before you buy
Will it help if I use a different implant brand?
Planning, occlusion and digital lessons are general, but the component module is built around the Osstem range.
How deep is the complications coverage?
Two lessons totalling 35 minutes, focused on porcelain fracture and screw loosening or fracture, plus one planning lesson on esthetic-zone problems.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
